BME Fire Trucks is a fire truck manufacturer that started in Boise, Idaho over 30 years ago. We fabricate wildland apparatus used throughout the US, proven to save lives and homes. As a part of our continued growth, we’re looking to add more great members to our team.
Candidates need to understand bodywork principles well and know how to use body filler, block sand, and air tools. Related field experience would include automotive customization or collision repair work.
Job Skills / Responsibilities
- Responsibilities will include:
- Mixing and applying body filler
- Sanding with both longboards and mud-hog sanders
- Finish sanding primer and caulking seams
Requirements
- Understand bodywork principles,
- Know how to use
- Body filler
- Block sander
- Air-tools
- Have strong mechanical aptitude
- Related field experience

Additional Information
Completion of vocational schooling or a minimum of 1-2 years of similar shop experience is preferred.
Pay $18-$23 DOE. Pay range is dependent on experience, skill, attitude, and value.
