AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Assists the press brake operator in running the press brake to form customer specific parts. Utilizes the appropriate tools and equipment necessary to service the customer’s needs and add value to the sale.
Major Duties:
- Assisting the press brake operator while forming parts as well as identifying parts associated with a specific order, ensure all parts are formed to the tolerances called out on the customer drawing.
- Operate forklifts, jib cranes, and overhead cranes to properly handle parts into and out of the press brake while forming parts.
- Assist in identifying any questionable quality issues and present them to your lead/supervisor to ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Increase process flow and delivery response by assisting other employees in your department. Locate and pull parts from staging areas and stage finished product in proper areas when complete.
- Assist in preparing material for delivery, with emphasis on safety while enhancing customer satisfaction through accuracy and product quality. Keeping orders filled and product staged to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers.
- Keep all work areas clean and organized.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience – at least 12 months preferred.
- Must be able to read and write in English to be able to follow written instructions and record work activities performed.
- Math ability to figure piece counts
- Accurately read a tape measure – including converting decimals to fractions and vise versa.

Boise Mobile Equipment is a growing shop looking to find experienced body shop employees who have a good understanding of bodywork principles, how to use body filler, how to block sand, and the ability to use air-tools. An ideal candidate would have a broad range of experiences and a strong mechanical aptitude. Related field experience would include automotive customization or collision repair work. This is a daytime/nighttime position.
We work on large flat panels that require a fair amount of practice to become proficient at filling and blocking. As a Bodywork and Prep Technician, you will be responsible for grinding, acid washing, and prepping the body for the paint process. Responsibilities will include mixing and applying body filler, sanding with both longboards and mud-hog sanders. Finish sanding primer, caulking seams, masking openings, and occasional color sanding and buffing. Candidates with tools and a roll around tool box are preferred. All applicants must pass a basic math test and pre-employment drug screening. Completion of vocational schooling or a minimum of 2 years of similar shop experience preferred.

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join the Boise Mobile Equipment marketing department. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the execution of the company’s marketing plan to reach growth and revenue targets. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Building the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Assisting with designs and graphics, such as combinations of photographs, data, and text, for marketing materials and web content.
- Strong understanding and ability to execute on an SEO-driven approach to content strategy (keyword research, pillar content pages, long-tail, ranking opportunities, and link building).
- Maintain company standards to ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials.
- Organizing trade shows and events, and traditional or digital campaigns.

Job Skills / Responsibilities:
- Design and fabrication of control consoles, wire harness, and support assemblies
- Building on International, Freightliner, Dodge and Ford platforms
- Emergency lighting packages and customization
- Creating relay-based and multi-plexed assemblies
- OEM Interface and programming
Requirements:
- Familiarity of basic hand tools and metal working practices
- Understanding of electrical principles and electrical circuits
- Understanding of relays, diodes, and switches and the ability to diagnose and test circuits after installation

Additional Items Considered:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working inventory clerk with warehouse experience and great communication skills. Your responsibilities would include maintaining inventory records, loading/unloading trucks, operate forklift/pallet jack as needed and other duties as required. Inventory clerks can expect to work long hours sometimes and might have to travel in town occasionally.
Successful inventory clerks should have exceptional math and analytical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Ideal candidates are physically fit and have warehouse experience, a working knowledge of word processing, ERP/MRP/WMS systems and a valid driver’s license.
Inventory Clerk Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating inventory records.
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.

Inventory Clerk Requirements:

Powder coating assistants at Boise Mobile Equipment are taught to utilize high quality standards and practices in the powder coating of metal components for our clients. Powder coating assistants work with technicians in a collaborative, supportive, and fast-moving manufacturing environment where safety and quality are of highest priority.
Responsibilities/ Requirements:
- Performs powder coating utilizing common standards and practices. Learn how to consistently and efficiently deliver quality final products according to order requirements.
- Learn how to read and interpret work orders and directives and consistently delivers quality work in response to technical orders.
- Double check prepped parts for accurate racking, cleaning, plugging, sanding, masking.
- Visually inspect completed work to determine compliance to standards.
- Powder coating system setup and maintenance: cleaning of system components, powder booths, and spray guns.
- Documents powder coating process for consistency of thickness, color, and appearance.
- Maintains daily production logs.
- Works safely and in compliance with safety protocols and policies. Actively avoids and mitigates safety hazards to self and others. This role requires regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, extreme heat, and loud noises.

Best qualified applicant will have the ability to perform skilled work pertaining to plumbing and welding such as assembling parts, installing pipe, and welding using the GTAW process.
Examples of duties:
- Install general plumbing systems and maintain/repair existing plumbing
