Larry Segreto has 40 years of experience in fire apparatus use, repair, manufacture and design. Fifteen of those years he spent firefighting for the US Forest Service, National Park Service, and the Bureau of Land Management. Larry is a past Section Chief of Bureau of Land Management Equipment Development and member of National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) Fire Equipment Working Team (FEWT). He successfully designed hydrostatically-driven Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS) for mobile and stationary use. He is also an experienced trainer in fire apparatus operation and maintenance Fire Department Safety Officer Symposium (FDSOA) and annual Federal agency engine academies.
With the exception of just a few years, Steve has either owned or managed businesses for better part of the last 29 years. Of those years where he did not, Steve has worked in the communications business – first as the Key Accounts Manager for a Southwestern Idaho two-way communications dealer, then as a Motorola Manufacturers Representative, where he was responsible to state and local government accounts. The accumulation of experience of owning a multi-location, multi-state distribution company, as well as years of experience managing businesses from corporate to local, Steve has a strong understanding of the development, growth, and finances of business, as well as fostering and maintenance of relationships.
Steve, who studied at Boise State University, enjoys all aspects marketing and marketing design. In addition, he has been a long term weekly volunteer with the American Red Cross Blood, has served on the National Customer Advisory Board for McLeod USA, as well as having served as the President of the Idaho chapter of the National Rental Dealers Association.

Al Creekmore is the Sales Director at Extendobed, and also a Sales Professional for Boise Mobile Equipment. Al obtained his Bachelors Degree in Administration and Business at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Al lived in Kansas many years where he was also a EMT First Responder and a Volunteer Firefighter for the town he grew up in. Craig Weeks has over 30 years in the automotive, truck, marine and fire apparatus maintenance, repair, design, specification, purchasing and manufacturing industries. He has been a member of the Los Angeles County Fire Department Fleet Services Division for 21 years. In the last eight years, Weeks served as the Division Chief of Fire Fleet Services, where he oversaw the maintenance and repair operation of nearly 1,800 emergency and support vehicles, boats and ancillary equipment, and an average budget of over $20 million.
Weeks’ experience in developing fire apparatus and specialized vehicle specifications is extensive and typically exceeds 100 vehicles each year. Many departments across the nation have used his designs for tag-on purchases, and he is frequently consulted by other departments to assist in resolving their fleet issues. In 2014, Weeks started Specialty Fleet Consulting, and since has written custom apparatus specifications for several departments across America. He has also written numerous published articles, and has been called upon as a speaker / instructor on apparatus purchasing and specification development.
